Throughout our lives many of us face challenges and struggles. At times these challenges may begin to impact our lives or seem overwhelming. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am here to help. My approach to therapy is to provide a safe, encouraging, and supportive environment for individuals and families to express and process their thoughts and emotions. I approach my clients in a non judgmental way acknowledging they are the experts on themselves. Through therapy it is my belief that individuals can gain further insight and awareness into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to make changes in their lives
